1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our site.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We sell fresh seafood for delivery within New Zealand. All product descriptions, weights and images are for reference only. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, however errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing mistakes and cancel orders where pricing is incorrect.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received full payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Fresh seafood requires careful cold-chain handling. Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address. We are not liable for spoilage caused by missed deliveries if the courier attempted delivery as scheduled. Our shipping policy outlines delivery zones and fees.

5. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed unless the product arrives damaged or spoiled. Any complaint must be submitted with photos within 2 hours of delivery. We will assess each claim and offer a refund or replacement where valid.

6. Risk & Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to you once the item is handed over to the courier. You are responsible for checking that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only to process and deliver your order. We handle your data in accordance with New Zealand privacy law. We will not sell your personal details to third parties.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
